Returns and Refunds
This section outlines the conditions applicable to returns, exchanges, and refunds for products purchased from Khulu African Adventure®.
In accordance with applicable legal provisions, customers have a period of 14 calendar days from the receipt of their order to exercise their right of withdrawal. This right can be exercised without the need to provide a justification. It applies to all products, except for customized or made-to-order items. To initiate a withdrawal request, customers must contact Khulu African Adventure® by email at contact@khuluafricanadventure.com, specifying the order number and the items concerned.
Returned products must be in their original condition, meaning they must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged. They should be accompanied by their original packaging and any accessories or documents included. A copy of the invoice or order confirmation must also be attached to facilitate prompt processing. Returns must be sent to the address provided by customer service. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product is defective or not compliant with the order.
Upon receipt and verification of the returned products, Khulu African Adventure® offers different options. An exchange can be made, subject to availability, for an identical or equivalent item. Alternatively, a refund can be processed within 14 business days after receiving the items. The refunded amount will include the price of the returned items, excluding the initial shipping fees. In the case of a defective or non-compliant product, Khulu African Adventure® will cover the return shipping costs.
Certain items cannot be returned or refunded. This includes customized products or those made to a specific order, as well as items that have been worn, washed, or damaged after delivery.
Returned products are the customer’s responsibility until they are received by Khulu African Adventure®. It is strongly recommended to use a shipping service with tracking and, if necessary, to purchase insurance to cover the risk of loss or damage during transit.
