Delivery and Order Tracking
This section outlines the delivery and order tracking procedures for orders placed with Khulu African Adventure®.
Delivery Areas
Khulu African Adventure® products can be delivered within mainland France and internationally. Orders are processed and shipped within 48 business hours after payment validation, subject to product availability.
Shipping Methods and Delivery Times
Delivery times vary depending on the destination and selected carrier:
- Mainland France: estimated delivery between 3 and 5 business days.
- International: estimated delivery between 5 and 15 business days.
These delivery times are indicative. Khulu African Adventure® cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by the carrier or due to exceptional circumstances beyond its control, such as strikes, adverse weather conditions, or customs procedures.
Order Tracking
Once the order has been shipped, a tracking number will be provided to the customer via email. This number allows the customer to track the package directly on the carrier’s website. In accordance with legal provisions, the risk associated with the transport of goods is transferred to the customer once the goods are handed over to the carrier. It is recommended to check the condition of the package upon receipt. In the case of damaged or missing goods, the customer must:
- Immediately notify the carrier by making specific reservations on the delivery note.
- Inform Khulu African Adventure® within 48 hours of receipt, providing photographic evidence if necessary.
Failure to report within this timeframe may limit the ability to seek recourse from the carrier.
Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are automatically calculated during checkout and depend on the weight, volume of the items, and the destination. These fees are clearly displayed before the purchase is finalized.
Delivery Delays or Missing Shipments
In case of a significant delay or missing delivery, the customer is encouraged to contact Khulu African Adventure® as soon as possible. An investigation will be initiated with the carrier, and the results will determine the appropriate measures to take (refund, reshipment of products, etc.).
