Terms and Conditions of Sale (T&Cs)
These Terms and Conditions of Sale (T&Cs) govern the contractual relationship between Khulu African Adventure® (hereinafter “Khulu African Adventure®”) and any purchaser (hereinafter the “Customer”) regarding the products and services offered on the website www.khuluafricanadventure.com.
By placing an order, the Customer acknowledges having read and accepted these T&Cs without reservation.
1. Scope of Application
These T&Cs apply to all sales of physical products (clothing, artprints, decorative items, accessories, etc.) and digital content (downloadable files) made through the official Khulu African Adventure® website.
2. Products
Products are described and presented with the greatest possible accuracy. Visuals are provided for illustrative purposes only and are not contractually binding.
Information regarding sizes, dimensions, or colors is provided for guidance only and shall not engage the liability of Khulu African Adventure®.
Offers are valid while stocks last. In case of unavailability, Khulu African Adventure® will offer an equivalent replacement or a refund.
3. Digital Products
Digital products (e.g., posters, HD photos, printable files) are delivered via download links.
All sales of digital content are final: no returns, exchanges, or refunds will be accepted after purchase.
4. Orders
Any validated order implies full and unconditional acceptance of these T&Cs.
Full payment is required at the time of order.
A confirmation email is sent to the Customer.
Khulu African Adventure® reserves the right to cancel any order for legitimate reasons, including suspicion of fraud or violation of these T&Cs.
5. Prices and Currencies
Prices are displayed in the currency corresponding to the Customer’s location (euros €, US dollars $, British pounds £, etc.) and include all applicable taxes. Prices may vary depending on currency fluctuations or the currency selected by the Customer. Shipping fees may apply depending on the destination and type of product.
VAT not applicable, Article 293B of the French General Tax Code.
Prices include VAT for customers residing within the European Union. For customers outside the EU, import duties and local taxes remain the sole responsibility of the Customer.
International customers :
Customers outside the European Union may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or additional charges imposed by local authorities upon delivery. These costs are the sole responsibility of the Customer, who is advised to check with the relevant authorities in their country before placing an order.
Khulu African Adventure® shall not be held responsible for any delays, additional costs, or issues related to customs procedures.
6. Payment
Secure payments are made by credit card, PayPal, or any other payment methods available on the website. All transactions are processed through certified payment providers.
Banking details are never stored by Khulu African Adventure®.
7. Delivery
Delivery times vary depending on the destination and the selected shipping method. Khulu African Adventure® shall not be held responsible for delays attributable to carriers.
For digital products, the download link is available immediately after payment or sent by email.

8. Returns and Refunds
Physical products :
The Customer has a period of 14 days to exercise their right of withdrawal, except for personalized or made-to-order products.
These items cannot be returned or refunded, except in the case of a proven defect or non-compliance of the delivered product. In such cases, Khulu African Adventure® will proceed with a replacement or refund after verification.
Digital products :
No returns, exchanges, or refunds are possible after download.

9. Warranties
All products benefit from legal guarantees of conformity and against hidden defects. The Customer must provide proof of purchase to exercise these rights.
Legal warranties of conformity and hidden defects apply in accordance with the laws of the Customer’s country of residence, in addition to French legal guarantees.
10. Intellectual Property
All content on the website www.khuluafricanadventure.com — including texts, visuals, designs, logos, photographs, and digital files — is protected by intellectual property rights and remains the exclusive property of Khulu African Adventure®.
Any reproduction, distribution, or use, in whole or in part, without prior written authorization from Khulu African Adventure® is strictly prohibited.
11. Liability
Khulu African Adventure® shall not be held liable for failure to perform the contract in the event of force majeure, disruption of transport services, or any cause attributable to the Customer (input errors, failure to follow instructions, etc.).
Khulu African Adventure® shall not be held responsible for delays, additional costs, or losses related to customs procedures for international orders.
12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These T&Cs are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought as a priority between Khulu African Adventure® and the Customer.
For international customers, mandatory legal provisions of the Customer’s country of residence may also apply. Failing an amicable agreement, jurisdiction shall be assigned to the courts of the registered office of Khulu African Adventure®.
