SHIPPING AND ORDER TRACKING
This section outlines the shipping methods and order tracking conditions for purchases made from Khulu African Adventure®.
1. Shipping Areas
Khulu African Adventure® products are available for delivery within mainland France and internationally.
Orders are processed and dispatched within 2 to 8 business days after payment confirmation, subject to product availability.
This processing time may exceptionally vary in specific cases indicated on the website at the time of purchase, such as pre-orders, collection launches, made-to-order products, temporary stock shortages, or any other logistical constraints clearly stated.
This processing time does not include shipping time.
2. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times
Shipping carriers may vary depending on the destination and logistical constraints. Details regarding the carrier will be provided in the order confirmation.
Delivery times vary depending on the destination and the selected carrier:
• Mainland France : estimated delivery within 3 to 5 business days
• International : estimated delivery within 5 to 15 business days
These delivery times apply to shipping only and are added to the order processing time specified in the previous section (2 to 8 business days, subject to availability and any specific constraints indicated on the website).
Some orders may be shipped in multiple parcels depending on product availability. In such cases, each parcel will have its own tracking number communicated by email.
These delivery times are provided for guidance only. Khulu African Adventure® shall not be held responsible for delays caused by carriers or by exceptional circumstances beyond its control (strikes, weather conditions, customs procedures, etc.).
International customers :
Customs duties, import taxes, or additional charges may be required by local authorities upon delivery. These costs are the sole responsibility of the customer.
Customers are responsible for checking with their local authorities before placing an order.
Khulu African Adventure® cannot be held responsible for any additional costs or delays related to customs procedures.
3. Order Tracking
Once the order has been shipped, a tracking number is sent to the customer by email. This number allows the shipment to be tracked directly on the carrier’s website.
Parcels are insured during transport in accordance with the carrier’s terms and conditions. Any claims for damage or loss are subject to the carrier’s procedures and limitations.

In accordance with applicable regulations, the risks associated with transport are transferred to the customer once the parcel has been handed over to the carrier. It is recommended to check the condition of the parcel upon delivery.
In the event of damage or missing items, the customer must :
1. Immediately notify the carrier and provide detailed reservations on the delivery note
2. Inform Khulu African Adventure® within 48 hours of receipt, providing photographic evidence where possible
Any claim made after this period may limit the possibility of recourse with the carrier.
Any compensation for damage occurring during transport is subject to the carrier’s terms and conditions.
4. Customer Responsibility
The customer must provide accurate and complete information when placing an order, including their address and contact details.
Khulu African Adventure® shall not be held responsible for delays, losses, or incidents resulting from incomplete or incorrect information.
5. Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are calculated automatically at checkout, based on the weight, volume, and destination of the items.
These fees are clearly indicated before order confirmation.
6. Delays or Non-Delivery
In the event of significant delay or non-delivery, the customer is invited to contact Khulu African Adventure® as soon as possible at :

An investigation will be initiated with the carrier to determine the cause of the delay.
Appropriate measures (refund, reshipment, etc.) will be implemented based on the results of this investigation.
Khulu African Adventure® shall not be held responsible for delays or losses caused by incomplete or incorrect address information provided by the customer.
