RETURNS

This section outlines the conditions applicable to returns, exchanges, and refunds for products purchased from Khulu African Adventure®.

1. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with applicable legal provisions, customers have a period of 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of their order to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to provide any justification.

This policy applies to all products, with the exception of personalized items, made-to-order products, and Artprints printed on demand, for which no return or refund can be accepted, except in the case of a proven defect.

In the event of withdrawal, the refund applies only to the price of the returned products. Initial shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer, in accordance with our returns policy.

For digital products accessible via download links, all sales are final: no returns, exchanges, or refunds will be accepted after purchase.

2. Return Conditions

Returned products must be in their original condition, meaning unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and accompanied by their original packaging, including all tags, stickers, packaging elements, and related documents.

Any incomplete return or return not complying with these conditions may be refused by Khulu African Adventure®.

A copy of the invoice or order confirmation must be included inside the parcel to ensure fast and accurate processing. Returns must be sent to the address provided by customer service.

As part of our commitment to eco-responsibility, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. This policy reflects our intention to reduce the environmental impact of unnecessary shipments while ensuring responsible and sustainable operations.

Exception : in the case of a defective product, non-compliant item, or product damaged during transport, Khulu African Adventure® will cover the return shipping costs.

Each return is subject to verification in order to confirm the defect, non-compliance, or damage.

n such cases, the customer must provide supporting evidence (photographs of the product and/or package, relevant documentation, or carrier report) to confirm the defect, non-compliance, or damage sustained.

These return and refund conditions apply to all orders, regardless of the country of delivery.

3. Exchanges and Refunds

After receipt and verification of the returned products, Khulu African Adventure® offers the following options :

Exchange, subject to availability, for an identical or equivalent item

Refund, using the original payment method, within 14 to 45 business days. The refund period begins from the receipt and validation of the returned products by our customer service team.

The refunded amount includes the price of the returned items, excluding the initial shipping costs.

4. Responsibility and Return Shipping Precautions

Returned products remain under the responsibility of the customer until they are received by Khulu African Adventure®.

It is strongly recommended to use a tracked shipping service and, if necessary, to insure the shipment to cover any risk of loss or damage during transport.
